Столяревская Раиса Иосифовна, доктор техн. наук. Окончила в 1968 г. физический факультет Казанского государственного университета. С 1976 по 2002 год работала во ВНИИОФИ, где с 1996 г. возглавляла фотометрическую лабораторию. Представитель РНК МКО в Отделении 2 МКО (с 1999 г.). Научный редактор англоязычной версии журнала «Светотехника / Light & Engineering» и заместитель главного редактора этого издания

Аннотация
Это вторая часть статьи, посвящённой обзору современной прикладной фотометрии. В шести параграфах части 1 [1] данной публикации рассматривалось единство реализации канделы и Ватта и краткая история искусственных и электрических источников света вплоть до внедрения светодиодов (СД).
Замена традиционных источников общего освещения и сигнализации источниками излучения на основе СД, имеющих иное, чем у традиционных источников света, спектральное распределение светоизлучающих характеристик, поставила ряд вопросов в области метрологического обеспечения оптической радиометрии и прикладной фотометрии, связанных с единством воспроизведения единиц энергетических и фотометрических величин на основе Ватта.
