Мустафа Шахин (Mustafa Şahin), доктор мед. наук. Работал доцентом на инженерном факультете и кафедре электротехники и электроники в Университете Эрзинджан Бинали Йылдырым, а после он работал доцентом на кафедре электроники в Университете Афьон Кочатепе. В настоящее время работает доцентом Программы технологии биомедицинских устройств в Университете медицинских наук. Области его исследований включают системы освещения, энергетические системы, искусственные нейронные сети и их применение

Аннотация
Дорожное освещение занимает значительную часть городского освещения в нашей стране, как и во всём мире. Хорошо спроектированная наружная ОУ дорожного освещения создаёт комфортные условия видимости для водителей и пешеходов, а также позволяет структурировать транспортные потоки в черте города. Обеспечение визуального комфорта для водителей не только создаёт безопасные условия для управления транспортным средством, но также влияет на снижение количества ДТП в тёмное время суток. Избыточные уровни освещения приводят к несчастным случаям, как и недостаточное освещение дорог, вследствие чего электроэнергия расходуется нерационально. Один из основных параметров правильно спроектированной осветительной остановки, которая создаёт комфортные условия видимости объектов на дороге – это обеспечение равномерного распределения яркости на её поверхности. В этой статье был проведён систематический поиск и аналитический обзор различных методов, используемых при измерении уровня яркости дорожного покрытия.
