Аннотация
Южный Алжир отличается суровыми климатическими условиями, в частности, постоянными сильными ветрами и экстремальными температурами. Эти факторы окружающей среды часто приводят к сбоям в работе интеллектуальных систем уличного освещения, вызывая простои в работе, и негативно сказываются на повседневной жизни граждан. В ходе пилотного тестирования интеллектуальной системы уличного освещения на территории университетского кампуса были выявлены две критические проблемы: сильный ветер и проливные дожди, которые вынудили систему приостановить работу из-за снижения производительности в таких условиях. Для решения этих проблем были обучены и оценены две модели глубокого обучения – долгой краткосрочной памяти (LSTM) и свёрточной нейронной сети с LSTM (CNN-LSTM) – с использованием одномерного набора данных, включающего только исторические данные о выходной мощности. Основная цель заключалась в разработке стратегии управления, способной динамически регулировать уровни мощности для повышения устойчивости системы к изменчивости окружающей среды. Результаты показывают, что обе модели продемонстрировали высокую точность прогнозирования; однако модель LSTM показала более высокую точность по сравнению с CNN-LSTM, что подчёркивает её эффективность в оптимизации интеллектуальных систем уличного освещения в экстремальных климатических условиях при одновременном повышении энергоэффективности.
