Abstract:
National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (NRU MGSU) was founded in 1921 on the basis of Moscow Practical Construction Institute, the 2nd Moscow Practical Institute of Urban and Rural Improvement named after A.I. Herzen and Moscow Institute of Civil Engineers (MICE). After joining the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Moscow State Technical University, it was decided to create a unified educational construction centre of the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering (MICI). The final formation of Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering ends in 1933 as an independent higher educational institution of the country. In addition, in 1935 it began to bear the name of Valerian Vladimirovich Kuibyshev.
