Abstract:
The article discusses the problem of high-quality reproduction of stereomicroscopic images on PC screens in low-light conditions of an operating field during vitreoretinal operations. The ophthalmological video system developed in the form of a module connected to one path of a classic-type stereomicroscope is presented and requirements to it are substantiated. To meet them, an original lens was developed. Characteristics of the video system are described.
