Аннотация
Проектирование эффективного дорожного освещения – это стратегическое и сложное мероприятие, поскольку оно требует учёта как экологических, так и экономических факторов. Цель данного исследования состоит в том, чтобы предложить новую структуру комплексного подхода, основанную на систематическом применении анализа среды функционирования (англ. data envelopment analysis, DEA, сокрщ. АСФ), структурировании (развёртывании) функции качества (quality function deployment, QFD) и метода простого аддитивного взвешивания (simple additive weighting, SAW) для поддержки критического процесса принятия решений по проектированию освещения проезжей части. Сначала с помощью АСФ оценивается эффективность освещения проезжей части. Далее QFD позволяет учесть и выполнить требования заказчика. Наконец, для ранжирования альтернатив, которые признаны эффективными, используется метод SAW. Чтобы выбрать наиболее подходящий вариант с точки зрения энергетической и экономической эффективности, как самых важных аспектов, анализируются альтернативные варианты УНО для типичной городской дороги. Результаты показывают, что предлагаемый комплексный подход позволяет выбрать наиболее эффективное светотехнические решение для дороги, используя преимущества АСФ, QFD и SAW. Предлагаемый подход также обеспечивает относительно простой и очень хорошо подходящий инструмент принятия решений для такого рода стратегических задач.
