Аннотация:
В статье приведены результаты оценки пользователями трёх пилотных проектов освещения, реализованных в Финляндии. Два исследования связаны с использованием интеллектуального освещения разных маршрутов, причём особое внимание уделяется вопросам видимости, безопасности движения транспорта и пешеходов и ощущению безопасности. Третье исследование связано с более комплексной оценкой интеллектуального освещения применительно к «умным» городам. Методы оценки, свои для каждого из пилотных проектов, включают в себя вопросники, городские информационные панели, проводимые на месте интервью и наблюдения, оценочное зондирование и системный анализ данных. Обсуждается применимость использовавшихся методов с учётом как возможности их реализации, так и полученных результатов.
