Аннотация
В этой работе было проведено имитационное исследование потери эффективности, вызванной теплом, выделяемым светодиодными чипами. Изменение температуры светодиодного светильника было проанализировано для трёх различных сценариев с использованием метода конечных элементов. Была предпринята попытка предотвратить выход светодиодов из строя из-за повышения температуры светильника путём нагнетания воздуха внутрь самого светодиодного светильника. Для этого в имитационной среде был предложен метод пассивного охлаждения. Соответственно, в мощных светодиодных светильниках высокий выход тепла, излучаемого светодиодными чипами, сводится к низким количествам с помощью воздушного потока. Таким образом, достигается эффективность на выходе светодиода.
