Аннотация
Лазер – это мощное устройство, которое находит широкое применение в самых разных областях – от материаловедения и производства до медицины и волоконно-оптической связи. Среди них выделяется лазерный нагрев, основанный на точной доставке энергии лазерного излучения для повышения температуры определённых материалов или участков в структуре, состоящей из различных материалов. В настоящей работе выполнено моделирование и экспериментальная проверка теплового воздействия на различные материалы, возбуждаемого переработанным и портативным полупроводниковым лазерным диодным модулем непрерывной волны 635 нм. Моделирование лазерного нагрева проводилось с помощью COMSOL Multiphysics, а результаты были представлены в виде графического изображения теплового распределения после воздействия лазера на шесть различных материалов. При проведении эксперимента лазерный диод управлялся с помощью графического интерфейса пользователя, разработанного в LabVIEW и сопряжённого с микроконтроллером Arduino Uno. Переработанный лазерный диодный модуль был извлечён из старых пишущих DVD-приводов и электрически возбуждался постоянным током до электрической мощности 600 мВт, что соответствует оптической мощности 50 мВт. Схема управления и драйвера лазера была смоделирована с помощью программы Tinkercad, а тепловые измерения проводились с помощью модуля датчика тепла MLX90614, сопряжённого с Arduino Uno. Повторное использование лазерных модулей из DVD открывает возможности для его экономически эффективной реализации. Кроме того, компактные размеры предлагаемой лазерной системы позволяют создать портативное нагревательное устройство, что особенно актуально для применения в условиях ограниченного пространства или в мобильных приложениях.
